Do not buy Gas on Weekends and always pay at the pump and never go inside to support the Oil Companies until they drop Gas to below $1.00 per gallon

Rather than boycott, which never has worked in all the years that people have tried on gasbuddy.com and other sites, the best thing to do is to cut down on your own personal day-to-day travel. To do this, car pool when you can. Eat your lunch at work rather than to drive somewhere during the lunch hour; but if you do have to go to lunch, at least have multiple people going together in one vehicle.
Next, get a longer grocery list when going to the store and so you wont have to make a trip to the grocery store as often; that'll cut down on another use of gasoline as often.
There are lots of errands that can be run on the way to or from work, rather than a special trip from home; this combining of errands with another trip from home is another way of reducing the amount of gasoline we have to use.

You say you are going to put your car up on blocks? Fat chance you will ever see $1.00 a gallon.

gashogMO, this belongs in Boycott/Gasout Talk, not here in Fuel Economy. You keep posting in the wrong forums and you know it.

lol it won't work. we americans are too lazy (most of us) - we can't be arsed to sit home on our couches on the weekends.
